Integrated Systems in 2010.
In this edition of Cubenewz, we will focus on our team and what makes Integrated Systems a good company to be a part of, but also a look at our teammates and their opinions of ‘Why Integrated Systems’.
2010 represents Integrated Systems 9th year supporting clients’ voice, data and technology needs. Integrated Systems has built its client base, technology solutions and business over the last 8 years with consistent dedication to providing quality solutions and fast, responsive support. We pride ourselves in truly taking care of our clients.
Integrated Systems (ISI) began designing, installing and servicing data & voice networks in late 2001. At that time, ISI was a small, start-up business with one. From the very beginning, we were the technology partner and advisor to each client. ISI placed the highest priority on responsive and professional client service with integrity. Our approach is responsible for ISI’s growth to over 25 employees and 1100 clients in 12 states.
We continue to specialize in Local Area Networking-Wide Area Networking LAN/WAN, Digital & IP Telephony, IPSecurity, and Managed Services. ISI personnel are trained in the leading technologies in each of these specialization areas, so that we can continue to provide the best solutions to our clients. We will continue to add products and services to our portfolio based on products and services from the industry’s leading edge manufacturers.
Our core management group has remained throughout Integrated Systems start. We remain dedicated to our clients and each other to provide quality solutions, to expand our professional knowledge and to move forward with technology.
In order to further emphasize our priority of professional client service, ISI formally established the following corporate values.
Integrity – We believe that by adhering to honest and ethical principles, we will build long-term trust relationships. We will conduct ourselves at all times in a professional, candid, friendly and polite manner.
Professional Competence and Commitment – We believe in maintaining the highest standard of professional competence throughout our company. We are committed to continuing education, improvement and excellence in every task.
Responsive Client Service – We believe in providing timely and accurate client response with high personal ownership and motivation. We will be proactive in anticipating and inquiring about future client requirements and opportunities.
Creative Teamwork – We believe in a work environment built around the creative application of team-based principles while keeping respect for individual opportunity. This enhances our ability to design, solve and implement the best solution for our clients.
Profitability - We believe profitability enables ISI to continually serve our clients and their ongoing requirements by allowing us to invest in both emerging new technologies and employee development.
